Welcome, to my very first blog. I’m so excited that you are here to share this new adventure with me!
Blogging at first seemed like a very daunting task but I have decided as the Beatles’ song says, "I’m gonna try with a little help from my friends.”
We tend to categorize our friends, don’t we? We have old friends, work friends, church friends, Facebook friends and in my world, writer friends. Friends are very important to me in all these categories, and I am counting on all of you to help me gain a new group of blog friends. You can help me get the word out by sharing my blog.
The Bible says, “As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.” (Proverbs 27:17) NLT. I hope this blog can get us chatting about some things that will help us sharpen each other.
So what am I going to blog about? The simple answer is life. I tend to find a message in the simplest of everyday things so I will be sharing those tidbits.
I am the mom of a high school senior. So, you know I am going to have to talk about that. Speaking of my daughter, Jessa, I would like to thank her for being my technical assistant and getting my website up and running. She wants to go into the world of graphic design, and I may be a little bias, but I think she is off to a great start.
Since a big part of my life revolves around my writing, I hope to share writing tips, information and news on my writer friends.
I also want to hear from you. I hope you will comment on my blog, like my Facebook author page or go to my contact page to find other ways to let me hear from you.
I have some exciting news to share very soon about my writing! So watch my next couple of blogs for an update.
We will talk soon,
Sue

So excited for you! I look forward to reading your blog and to share in your journey. I miss you, my friend, but you are in my thoughts and prayers. Tell Jessa that she did a great job!

Congratulations, Sue, You have lots to tell the world. I’d like to help in any way I can. "We’ve a message to tell to the nations. . . " And never has the Good News message been more needed than it is right now. No, I’m not presuming that your blog will be exclusively biblical; but knowing you, I feel that your testimony will not be hid under a bushel, either.
